·         Do I need to give you notice when I am ready to move out?

Advanced notice is appreciated, but not required.

·         Do I have to sign a lease?

Yes. Storing with A&Z Storage requires a month-to-month rental agreement.

·         Is it a monthly rental agreement?

Yes. We offer month to month leases for your convenience.

Do I need a photo ID when renting storage?

Yes, you’ll need to provide identification: a state-issued ID card, driver’s license, passport, or military ID.

Yes, you are responsible for the items you store at A&Z Storage and insurance for those items is required

·         Are there other fees with first month rent?

Admin fee is a onetime fee of $29.00

·         What is an administration fee?

The admin fee is collected to process the necessary paperwork into our system as well as create a secure access code for you within our gate system.

 

Payment Information

·         What are the payment terms?

Your rent is due at time of move-in and on the same day of the month each month you continue to rent the storage unit.

·         Do you accept credit cards?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Discover®, and Visa®

·         How do I make a payment?

To keep you and your information secure you pay by  log in to your customer online account .. We offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, or Visa, each month without additional fees.

*  If your bill becomes past due to a certain point, your access pin will be locked out

·         Can I make a payment over the phone?

For the safety and security of your credit card information, we do not accept payments by phone .

·         Why did my rent go up?

From time to time, we find it necessary to make adjustments in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a well-maintained facility. We send notifications 30 days before any rates change. You would have received this in the mail or by certified e-mail.

·         Do you offer a military discount?

We do offer a military discount to customers with a valid active service military ID. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer a discount for non-active military or veterans.

 

·         Do you I have to carry my own insurance?

Certainly, it is a requirement to have your own insurance to safeguard your personal belonging. This policy is in place as a precaution, as we are not held accountable for any incidences.

5×10 Storage Unit

These storage units are about the same size as the average bedroom – 10 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 8 feet 6 inches tall – about 800 cubic feet of space. They’re ideal if you’re moving items from a one-bedroom apartment or small office.
The contents of this storage unit size should fit in a 12-foot moving truck. You can fit a bed, small furniture, home décor items, and appliances or boxes.

These medium-size storage units are 10 feet wide, 15 feet deep, and 8 feet 6 inches tall, for a total of 1200 cubic feet of space. They’re similar in size to a large bedroom and ideal if you need to fit items from a two-bedroom apartment.
Think home furnishings, like couches, dressers, and appliances. They’re also suitable for home gym equipment and other large items. If you’re renting a 16-foot moving truck, this is most likely the size you need
